Night Shift Supervisor (Registered Nurse)

Provide and assist the nurse manager in the maintenance of nursing standards of practice and standards of patient care within assigned areas ensuring all nursing functions and procedures are performed in an appropriate and therapeutic manner.  Maintain and assist staff in quality patient care within nursing standards of practice. RN's are primarily responsible for the supervision of assigned units comprised of LVN and MHC staff.  Responsibilities include documentation, staffing assignments, effective communication and collaboration with the clinical team to appropriately plan for patient care, providing leadership during crisis situations, implementation of physician orders, notifying of test results, etc.
