The Social Media Community Manager oversees the conversation related to engaging audiences, including observing or establishing community behaviors and interest, developing strategies and content that captures attention and optimizing efforts over time to ensure maximum reach and engagement. You are responsible for setting up social media accounts, and maintaining daily activities including regular posting to all applicable social media channels. Be the voice of our clients: engage with consumers, spread word of mouth for our clients, deliver outstanding customer service on their behalf, and grow their brands. Protect and improve our clients’ reputations by responding to customer reviews; create original, engaging messages that keep our clients top-of-mind with customers; and reach out online to start relationships with potential customers. One to two years working experience preferred.
