Multimedia Marketing Specialist
We’re growing! As the Lehigh Valley’s largest credit union,
serving over 65,000 members and 1,000 companies, we’re looking for a
high-energy Multimedia Marketing Specialist.
The Multimedia Marketing Specialist will be responsible for
a vast range of marketing efforts including but not limited to graphic design,
video production, and online/digital marketing.
Responsible for the creation and deployment of branded
multimedia messaging, including video, audio, digital, online and print media,
this jack-of-all-trades and self-starter ensures brand standards are always
properly implemented and followed, including but not limited to proper use of
logo, tag line, fonts, colors, tone of voice and other brand related items when
creating marketing collateral.
This individual will manage all of First Commonwealth’s
online marketing and communication channels in accordance with best practices
along with the tracking and reporting of analytics to make recommendations for
improvement aimed at driving growth, product of wallet. /service utilization,
member engagement and profitability, and to enhance our brand position and
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
Measure and report on the performance of all digital
Design creative materials utilizing Adobe Creative
Manage and update website
Monitor regulations affecting online marketing
Monitor social media channels daily
Engage in and encourage ongoing conversations with followers on
all social media outlets
Stay current on all digital marketing and social media best
Develop and produce video from conceptualization
Photography of company events
Creation of PowerPoint presentations
Assist with managing emergency and closing communications
Develop and deploy in-center messaging
Record and edit audio for contact center phone prompts
Actively demonstrates the core values of First Commonwealth

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design,
advertising or related field.
4+ years of related experience.
Proven substantial graphic design, photography
with DSLR camera and lighting equipment, and video production experience.
In-depth knowledge of and experience with online
analytics tools and resources.
Extensive background in marketing through social
Proficient understanding of current online marketing
concepts, strategies and best practices and adaptability to future changes.
Demonstrable experience with leading and
managing SEO/SEM campaigns, Pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and setting up and
optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
Previous financial services and/or ad agency
Experience in CRM/marketing automation programs
Proficiency with Adobe CC Animate, After
Effects, and Audition.
Proficiency with HTML
Design development with WordPress.
Expertise with social media platforms for
business, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube,
