All American Home Care is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to add to our team of professionals.

In this Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Clerk role, you approach each day as a new challenge to manage the behind-the-scenes operations of our company! You are detail-oriented and highly organized, so you enjoy maintaining accurate records for all AR & AP accounts. You enter in received payments and vendor invoices in a timely manner with little discrepancy to ensure steady cash flow. You regularly make general ledger entries, perform general ledger reconciliations, make daily deposits, and generate monthly reports.

In addition to managing the influx and output of financials, you complete accurate job costing and record invoices and technicians' hours in our project management software to run profitability and sales commissions numbers. You generate valuable reports to document project totals and balances due. You are mindful of following company policies and procedures to ensure all checks and balances are in place. You are dedicated to maintaining accuracy and honesty in all of your bookkeeping responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 or more years experience in bookkeeping
  • Must have a strong ability to work in Quickbooks and Excel
