Job Summary 

This role adheres to and promotes ICONA’s company values by performing respective duties in a way that supports and contributes to its achievement.

  2. Assist with the planning and coordination of yearly ICOINA Conferences. 
  3. Becoming an advocate for ICONA Means Conferences in social media spaces, leverage the right tools to manage, organize and share ICONA’s content (Canva, OneDrive, Drop Box, etc.) 
  4. Map out a comprehensive social media/metaverse marketing plan and drive strategies to attract Conference Guests and speakers and use verifiable metrics and testing. 
  5. Develop organizational elements to implement a proactive process for capturing and sharing comments and review online, analyze key metrics with results, follower growth and ROI (return on investment). 
  6. Graphic Design: designs may include social media graphics, email graphics, brochures, magazine ads, and others. Organize photo shoots. 
  7. Manage and implement social media/metaverse marketing content and campaigns using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube, as well as any new emerging platforms. 
  8. Relationship management with the Conference guests during the Conferences. 
  9. Post Conference follow up, guest satisfaction evaluation and renewal process. 
  10. Weekly attendance at Aloha Culture Meeting.

Supervisory Responsibility 

This position has no supervisory responsibility. 

Work Environment 

This job operates in an office setting and on-site at our Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants and Beaches. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, digital cameras, and smart phones. 

Physical Demands 

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. 

This is a sedentary role; however, moving around the properties to take photos and create content may require lifting of props, moving of tables, etc. The Team Member is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time while doing computer work.

  11. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work 

Position Type/ Expected Hours of work

This is a full-time, year-round position. This role requires forty plus hours to include nights, weekend, and holidays.  Some overnight required.


Travel between properties and some overnight is expected for this position. 

Education Experience 

  1. AS or BS in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience. 
  2. 3 or more years in  
  3. Social Media strategy and implementation (paid or organic) 
  4. Digital photography. 
  5. Graphic Design. 
  6. Experience working with Google Ads & Analytics and WordPress.
