Sales Team with a territory focus in the Sarasota/Bradenton

This position is responsible for
promoting United Mechanical’s value proposition to new and existing commercial
and industrial customers by providing business and technical
solutions. The focus of this position is to acquire Preventative
Maintenance Agreements. The ideal candidate will possess strong
communication, customer relations, and closing skills to build and manage
long-term customer relationships/partnerships.
- Territory focus: Sarasota/Bradenton
- Solicitation of new Preventative
Maintenance Agreements and related service sales
- Develop and maintain relationships
with new and existing customer base
- Generate and present Preventative
Maintenance Agreement proposals to customers
- Ensure a high level of customer
satisfaction is maintained and that sales revenue and contract renewal
rates meet or exceed assigned targets
- Participate in industry and sales
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 5 years of related sales experience
- Must have ability to legally operate
