Benefits Implementation Coordinator

Kelly & Associates is seeking a group benefits experienced individual to help retain and grow new and renewing accounts through project leadership and on-going service; ensuring all necessary documentation for client setup has been provided and timelines have been established.  This role requires acting as a broker liaison working with various insurance carriers, sales representatives, and underwriters to name a few.   Attention to detail is a focus as this role includes reviewing submission documentation and immediate follow up to identify missing information ensuring accuracy, meeting the standard of 98%.

 General corporate hours are 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Your actual work schedule may vary depending on your department’s business needs. Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.


·         High School Diploma required, some college preferred

·         4-5 years group benefits marketing experience required
