Performs the duties of a front line cocktail talent employee and/or a supervisor. This position will supervise, delegate, and work hands-on with service personnel to ensure high quality of beverage service, beverage costs, and a safe, sanitary environment.
The dual rate cocktail talent supervisor / cocktail talent front line employee may be designated tomaintainingthe service goals set forth by the beverage department and casino, quality service to the guests and employing leadership and managerial skills effectively. Respond to guest trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects. Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the outlets and equipment to protect assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service. Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance. Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Authorized to issue and activate casino access cards.
At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. At least three years of previous experience is required. Must be TIPS or RAMP certified. Must qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program. Must have full working knowledge of MICROS POS. Must be knowledgeable and adhere to all PLCB regulations.
