Team Member - Santa Monica

Part-time or Full-time: As a Go Greek Yogurt team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations and ensuring that customers have a positive experience throughout our store.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service while demonstrating a passion for our food
• Providing customers samples of our selection with a view to creating sales opportunities
• Washing, cleaning and preparing of fruit and vegetables according to food safety procedures
• Cleaning and maintaining frozen yogurt equipment, the general store facility, restrooms and kitchen areas

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:

• 3 to 5 years of customer-facing experience; looking for maturity in serving customers
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
• Requires the ability to learn and maintain knowledge of Go Greek’s products and procedures
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
