What You’ll Do:
You will be
responsible for executing the organizational training for the company's
manufacturing team and will oversee its implementation and assess its outcome. You
will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training
initiatives that build loyalty across the group and enhance employees' skills,
performance, productivity, and quality of work. In this role you will develop
the program curriculum, materials, and assessments for all production teams and
maintain the program. The Production Training Manager will also develop and
implement onboarding and training programs for new hires. This role will work
across many departments to get employees up to speed in their specific areas
and the company's overall needs.
Works with key
players in Manufacturing in overseeing the execution and quality of employee
training, focused on employee operational skills and soft skills.
Work with Department
Leaders to ensure SOPs are up to date and regularly reviewed
training during their first 90-days

Prior Manufacturing Training Experience
