Head Teller

American Bank & Trust Company is looking for a full time Head Teller for the Opelousas area.  Must be able to work 8:00 to 5:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:00 to 5:30 on Friday.  The Head Teller responsibilities include supervising tellers, vault duties and conducting business as a teller serving customers efficiently.  Must have good communication and supervisory skills; must have cash handling experience; sound understanding of banking procedures and policies; proficient with computers and standard office equipment;  maintain high level of company and customer confidentiality; adherence to and support of all compliance and BSA/AML rules and regulations related to this job function;  must have one or two years of job related experience.  Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time and must be able to lift 50 lbs.  Credit check is required.  Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
