Director of Marketing Strategy

The Director of Marketing Strategy supports the recruitment priorities of undergraduate enrollment through the execution of integrated marketing and communications plans; paid advertising; email copy; printed collateral, and web content. This individual has deep expertise in strategy and execution and works closely with the admissions team on creative solutions to drive campus visits, increase inquiries and applications, and improve yield.


·         Bachelor’s degree required in communications, marketing, or management

·         At least five years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in higher education

·         Experience bringing a brand to life through marketing campaigns

·         Familiarity with Google’s Marketing Platform

·         Experience working in a CRM and CMS required

·         Sensitive to issues of ethnicity, disability and diversity

·         Dedicated to the mission of a small, Catholic, liberal arts institution
