About the Role:

We’re looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to support our franchise operations and help ensure every location delivers exceptional service, operational excellence, and a consistent brand experience. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to implement and maintain operational processes, train and develop staff, and monitor performance metrics. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement, ensuring compliance with company standards, and helping franchise locations achieve their sales and operational goals. This is a hands-on role that requires both leadership and problem-solving skills, with a focus on supporting multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily operations across franchise locations, ensuring consistency and quality.

  • Assist in staff training, mentoring, and performance improvement to maintain high operational standards.

  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations at all locations.

  • Collect, analyze, and report operational metrics to provide actionable insights to management.

  • Help implement new products, promotions, and process improvements across locations.

  • Serve as a key point of contact between corporate and store-level staff, providing guidance and support.

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and work with management to develop solutions.

  • Participate in franchise audits and site evaluations to ensure adherence to brand standards.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, retail, or franchise management.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Willingness to travel between franchise locations as needed.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining operational excellence.
