Franchise Assistant Operations Manager
We’re looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to support our franchise operations and help ensure every location delivers exceptional service, operational excellence, and a consistent brand experience. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to implement and maintain operational processes, train and develop staff, and monitor performance metrics. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement, ensuring compliance with company standards, and helping franchise locations achieve their sales and operational goals. This is a hands-on role that requires both leadership and problem-solving skills, with a focus on supporting multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:Support daily operations across franchise locations, ensuring consistency and quality.
Assist in staff training, mentoring, and performance improvement to maintain high operational standards.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations at all locations.
Collect, analyze, and report operational metrics to provide actionable insights to management.
Help implement new products, promotions, and process improvements across locations.
Serve as a key point of contact between corporate and store-level staff, providing guidance and support.
Identify operational inefficiencies and work with management to develop solutions.
Participate in franchise audits and site evaluations to ensure adherence to brand standards.
2–4 years of experience in operations, retail, or franchise management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel between franchise locations as needed.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining operational excellence.
