Kelly Benefits in Sparks, MD is seeking an organized individual to be responsible for providing administrative assistance and support to the Senior VP and Director of Business Development & Marketing as it relates to Kelly Benefits Payroll and assist direct reports as needed.

 Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President and Director of Business Development & Marketing, including answering phone lines, making phone connections, preparing correspondence, excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Help to maintain work schedule by scheduling appointments, reserving conference rooms and coordinating with others both internally and externally to organize meetings and events.
  • Generate and maintain accuracy of all organizational reporting for divisional leadership.
  • Assist with communications amongst internal and external vendors; organizing and preparing communications, sales literature, mass mailings, client, letters, etc. to customers, prospects and vendors.
  • Part of the administrative team responsible for regular office management duties such as office equipment maintenance and upkeep, ordering and stocking of necessary supplies for conference rooms and meetings.
  • Assist other KFS management when necessary. 

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree or equivalent years work experience
  • Three to five years of administrative experience with a proficiency in professional correspondence and typing preferred
  • Two years of payroll experience preferred
