The Administrative Assistant for Campus Environment provides administrative and dispatch support to the daily operations of the Campus Environment department. The position is responsible for facilitating communication between the campus community, vendors, partners, and the Campus Environment staff. In supporting the goals of the department, the position will be tasked with producing timely and accurate administrative work, specifically in the areas of work order management, billing, data entry, service/material ordering, and reporting,

Qualifications:

·         High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

·         Experience in maintenance, construction, or custodial environment preferred.

·         At least two (2) years’ experience in an office or fast-paced environment required.

·         Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and database skills.

·         Ability to think logically, make independent decisions, use good judgment, and demonstrate integrity and discretion with confidential information.

·         Ability to balance competing responsibilities and complete assignments in a timely manner.

·         Ability to interact professionally and communicate effectively with community members and staff of all ages and backgrounds.

·         Ability to work in a team environment.

·         Valid PA Driver's License and clean driving record
