Title Alliance currently has an opening for a high energy Senior Processor with strong industry experience and excellent customer support skills in our Bethlehem, PA office.

The Title Processor is responsible for supporting closing offices with title functions through a direct relationship with assigned customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collect property data and order title reports
- Prepare the initial Closing Disclosure, ALTA Settlement Statement and HUD-1 (when applicable)
- Order bring downs and tax certifications, prepare daily deposits; process incoming and outgoing recordings and letters of indemnity
- Make bank deposits and disburse funds in accordance with the signed ALTA Settlement Statement
- Opening orders, input closing statements from a worksheet prepared by the most talented Escrow Officers in the industry.
- Prepare for closings and handle the complete disbursement and follow up of all escrow transactions.
- Communicate requirements and other information to clients including title exceptions.
- Interpret earnest money agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions.
- Perform preliminary/basic escrow functions, prepare and coordinate the issuance of buyer/seller letters.
- Orders certifications, payoffs, final bills, etc., as needed.
- Enter fees, serve as back-up support for Escrow Officer(s), and administrative duties as required.
- Step in and close when needed
- Must have a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
- Must have a minimum of 3 years title processing experience
- Must have their PA Notary
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence outcomes through effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated effective customer service experience to a diverse audience to enhance service delivery
- Demonstrated analytical skills to support quality service delivery
- Title industry software experience, RamQuest preferred; experience with MS Office suite
