today we are doing just that out of our state-of-the art greenhouse facility
located in Delta, B.C. We are growing and expanding quickly, with national
distribution across Canada. We are launching many new products each quarter as
we bring exciting new genetics and extracted products to market in Canada and
around the world.
We are looking for a skilled and organized R&D Coordinator to join our team in the cannabis industry. In this role, you will be responsible for helping with the company's research and development projects. You will work closely with various teams, including operations, the innovation and the marketing teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects from ideation to commercialization. The ideal candidate should be familiar with both cannabis and the cannabis industry and have experience in project management, with a high level of computer skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage research and development projects related to cannabis products, including flower, edibles, and concentrates.
- Assist in designing and executing experiments and studies related to cannabis product development and innovation.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all R&D activities comply with federal regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all R&D activities, including record keeping, data analysis, and reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of required materials.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to R&D activities.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with cannabis industry regulations and safety requirements.
- Knowledge of product development processes, including ideation, design, and commercialization.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage timelines and budgets, and track progress.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
