Host/Hostess Responsibilities:

·      All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction
·      Provide accurate wait times and recommend wait options (seating at the bar)
·       Walk guests to table advising the guests of the server’s name and daily special
·       Manage reservations and wait times
·       Greet customers upon their arrival and bid farewell upon their departure
·       Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
·       Maintain a clean reception area
·       Maintain restroom cleanliness with 15-minute checks
·       Cater to guests who require extra assistance
·       Answer incoming calls and address guests’ queries
·       Assist in racking/polishing/rolling silverware when needed
·       Assist the wait staff as needed
