NOW HIRING: Clinical Nurse Supervisor

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | 40 Hours/Week

Vitality Living of New York Mills is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team!

The Clinical Nurse Supervisor provides clinical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality care is delivered to our residents. This role supports the clinical team through leadership, education, training, and supervision while ensuring compliance with current Assisted Living Licensure requirements and Vitality standards.

• Provide clinical leadership, direction, and support to the nursing and care team.

• Conduct initial, routine, and change-in-status resident assessments as required.

• Develop, maintain, and monitor individualized resident care plans and services.

• Monitor the delivery of resident care to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.

• Provide education, training, coaching, and competency support to clinical staff.

• Assist with staff scheduling, performance management, and day-to-day clinical operations.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and communication regarding resident care.

• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, providers, and the interdisciplinary team.

• Help ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and Assisted Living Licensure requirements.

• Proficient with technology, electronic medical records, and Microsoft programs.

• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond appropriately to resident and staff needs.

• Current, unencumbered Minnesota RN license required.

• 3+ years of experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a senior care setting preferred.

• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
