Busser Role & Responsibilities:
-work with restaurant staff to create a positive dining experience for guests
-Clean tables and remove dishes after the party leaves- ensuring proper sanitation is taking place
-Check floors after table is cleared for napkins, silverware, crumbs, etc. Sweep as needed
-Carry loads of soiled dishes to the dish area to be cleaned
-Alert servers and managers when tables are in need of attention
-Ensure availability of clean dishes, flatware, glasses, straws, napkins, and other dining materials
-Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant including floors, restrooms, and parking lot
-Assist the bartenders with any boxes that need to be broken down, trash, ice, and glassware
-Assist in racking/polishing/rolling silverware when needed
-Restroom checks- ensure the restrooms are clean and fully stocked every 15 minutes
