Summary:

We are looking for someone to complement our energetic & growing team. This individual must be highly motivated with a strong drive to excel in our company. Our successful candidate will possess a team-player attitude, and be detail-oriented with a solid sense of accountability. This person will also be a confident, pro-active thinker, very organized, and understand the need for confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Office Responsibilities:

  • Purchase/inventory office supplies
  • Greet & direct all walk-in guests
  • Answer/direct incoming phone calls
  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Provide clerical support to HR manager
  • Filter/track in-kind donation requests

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Act as communication liaison between facility departments & sales team
  • Book lane reservations and restaurant reservations
  • Respond to online guest inquiries and reservations
  • Knowledgeably answer facility general questions

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional time management/ability to multi-task
  • Strong organization and communication
  • Knowledge, experience, and comfortability with technology
  • Must be reliable and pro-active in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical problem-solving skills

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year minimum of administrative experience (preferred)
  • Must be able to pass a drug test

 

Part-time 20-25 hours/week
