Job Summary:

This chosen Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and administering learning by working with our professional leaders. The Learning and Development Manager will own the development and execution for all on-boarding, compliance, clinical & non-clinical job skills, and career development activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Supports in the identification of high quality external trainings opportunities

· Ensure the planning, execution and communication of goal setting, development planning, performance appraisals and linkage to rewards and development

· Ensures company training is compliant with all federal and state regulations, also meeting all payer and service definition requirements.

· Coordinates the needs assessment for training and team member development to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company

· Align and design operational learning objectives, methods, content, and tools to drive progressive learning and performance

· Host weekly orientation calls and tracks attendance and presentation content

Education, Experience, Skills, & Abilities:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. · Bachelor’s degree required

· Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a HR, organizational development, or learning and development role

· Experience in Healthcare; Behavioral Healthcare is a plus

· Proven track record for meeting or exceeding business objectives and goals

· Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Learning Management System proficiency

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to sit, use hands and fingers, talk and hear continually. Ability to stand, walk and reach continually. Ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently.

· Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

· Close vision required to see computer monitor, read documents, and operate copy and fax machine.

· Work environment is indoors and climate controlled. Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
