Senior Project Manager
CubicFarms is looking for a Senior Project Manager who is passionate
about leadership, innovation and project management and has a Mechanical
Engineering background. The Project Manager will work closely with
internal and external stakeholders to gather input on critical project
decisions in the upcoming Ag-tech industry. In addition, the Senior Project
Manager will represent CubicFarms with all external engineering contractors to
complete all phases of engineering development and project execution—from
Project Definition to Detailed Design, Construction and Commissioning.
This role is critical for the development and successful
implementation of challenging strategic projects. The successful candidate will
be an experienced Senior Project Manager who has led multiple projects from
project definition through detailed design and construction.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in the
Mechanical Engineering field or equivalent experience required.
Project Management Professional
(PMP) Designation or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Project Manager with
Experience with manufacturing,
supply chain, procurement, food processing, and agriculture an asset.
Customer facing experience
Extensive hands-on knowledge of
engineering project management and execution
Strong organizational skills as
demonstrated in your experience managing various projects and developing

- Responsible for
engaging with key internal stakeholders across the business to ensure
adequate owners input into engineering deliverables for each project
- Consult with
internal/external subject matter experts to resolve project issues and
assure process safety, reliability, and operability in design;
- Provide oversight
on both the work process and the deliverables required for effective

development of project resourcing, scheduling, and funding plans.
- Provide work
guidance to teams and regularly exercise independent judgement in analysis
and problem solving on highly complex, undefined, and important scopes of
