LexLive is seeking experienced Restaurant Managers looking for positions in a fun fast paced environment that enjoy being a part of the excitement of game days and downtown events.  Full and part time positions are available for mangers with varying experience levels.  Our venue features scratch kitchens and several full bars.

Job Description: Our Restaurant Managers are responsible for all Guest service including servers, bartenders, team assistants, hosts and other venue personnel.  They participate in the hiring, training, scheduling, development and performance evaluations for the dining room.  In addition, Restaurant Managers assist in executing the service for all parties and banquets in coordination with Sales Department and DOSM.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Coordinating all sales contests to increase Guest check average.

·         Managing dining room labor and supply line items as assigned.

·         Executing all service requirements for parties and banquets.

·         Demonstrating exceptional Guest service by welcoming and engaging all Guests.

·         Participating in the recruiting, development, training, progressive discipline and discharge of service Team Members.

·         Controlling service Team Member’s scheduling and labor budget.

·         Participating in management meetings and communicating to management on operations.

·         Overseeing POS basic programing and training.

·         Executing all promotions and marketing campaigns.

·         Managing breaks to avoid break penalties.

·         Ensuring a harassment-free work environment.

·         Ensuring all service and suggestive selling standards are met.

·         Coordinating all sales contests to increase Guest check average.

Job Activities:

·         Manages and leads each shift to ensure maximum Guest satisfaction and profitability.

·         Perform the daily Nonnegotiable tasks correctly and consistently.

·         Oversees suggestive selling contests and education.                                                    

·         Manages Guest service standards and education.

·         Administers food service Team Member hiring, training, development, scheduling, performance reviews, progressive discipline and discharge.

·         Resolves problems and implements corrective actions.

·         Manages Guest recovery situations.

·         Functions in a hands-on work environment.

·         Interacts with Guests and ensures exceptional service standards are met.

·         Assists on the floor when and where necessary to ensure positive Guest experience.

·         Table touch 100% of tables using a genuine approach.

  Working Conditions:

·         Must be available to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

·         Will work near moving or mechanical parts.

·         May work near toxic/caustic chemicals and with fumes or airborne particles.

Physical Requirements:

·         Must be able to speak and hear English.

·         Must have close and distant vision.

·         Frequent walking, standing and moving between tight spaces.

·         Will walk for extended periods of time, possibly for extended distances.

·         Frequently lifts/carries up to 25 lbs.

·         Occasionally lifts/carries up to 50 lbs.

·         Able to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly.


·         Successful completion of background check.
