The position requires excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, along with the ability to support the VIP operations and guest experience at PSSC. This is a full-time position required to work at the property. This position requires non-traditional working hours which includes working nights and weekends and holidays.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional VIP Concierge to provide exceptional personalized service to our esteemed guests. As a VIP Concierge, you will be responsible for managing the unique needs and preferences of our high-profile guests, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations. This role requires excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1.    Guest Relationship Management:

·       Greet VIP guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly, and personalized welcome.

·       Establish strong professional relationships with VIP guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are consistently met.

·       Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently.

·       Anticipate and exceed guest expectations by offering tailored recommendations, coordinating personalized experiences, and ensuring seamless service throughout their stay.

2.    Reservation Management:

·       Oversee VIP guest reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

·       Collaborate with various departments to ensure all VIP guest requests are properly communicated and executed.

·       Arrange special amenities, upgrades, and services to enhance the VIP guest experience.

·       Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information and recommendations.

3.    Event Planning and Coordination:

·       Assist VIP guests in organizing private events, celebrations, and meetings.

·       Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all event requirements are met, including catering, audiovisual equipment, decorations, and transportation.

·       Manage event logistics, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless execution.

4.    VIP Services:

·       Arrange transportation services, including airport transfers, private car rentals, and chauffeur services.

·       Coordinate access to exclusive amenities, such as spa treatments, dining reservations, theater tickets, and VIP tours.

·       Provide personalized shopping assistance, including boutique recommendations, personal shoppers, and delivery arrangements.

·       Offer 24/7 availability for VIP guest assistance, including addressing emergencies and resolving any issues that may arise.

5.    Communication and Reporting:

·       Maintain accurate and detailed records of all guest interactions, requests, and preferences.

·       Collaborate with the Guest Services team to ensure a smooth handover of VIP guest information during shift changes.

·       Prepare regular reports summarizing VIP guest feedback, preferences, and trends for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel concierge role or similar guest services position is strongly preferred.
  
  
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  
  
• Extensive knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, entertainment venues, and transportation options.
  
  
• Proficiency in using hotel management systems, reservation software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
  
• Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable.
  
  
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
