Coastal Precast Systems is currently hiring for Production / General Labor position at our concrete plant in Chesapeake, VA. This role involves supporting daily production operations and assisting with a variety of hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Tying wire
• Clean up production material
• Patching and finishing concrete
• Pulling cables
• Lifting 25 lbs or more on a regular basis
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions

Schedule:
Hours may vary based on production needs.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical labor
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Dependable and ready to learn

Experience:
No prior experience required — we will train the right candidate.

Pay:
Starting at $16/hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience (to be evaluated).
