the function of a Player Services Representative or a Guest Relations Supervisor. This position performs the functions of a Guest
Relations Supervisor on an assigned shift. Monitors staff performance, ensuring
adherence to Casino policies and procedures.
The Dual Rate Guest Relations
Supervisor/Representative may be designated to assist in
supervision, training and scheduling of Player Services staff members. Performs
tasks associated with the redemption of promotional items and their
distribution. Assists in maintaining
redemption items inventory and recommends the purchase of
incentives/merchandise. Supervises staff to ensure compliance with policy and
new players in the player club program. Informs members of Player Card
benefits, contests and promotions. Replaces lost player cards. Distributes
promotional items in accordance with guidelines. Responsible for selling retail
essential items as requested by guests. Develops and maintains thorough
knowledge of player tracking system. Maintains
thorough knowledge of marketing, events and promotions. Assists
customers with their redemption of daily transactions. Notifies management of
any technical problems in player card system.
Maintains daily inventory of Player Club daily items redeemed. Develops positive relationships with our
casino customers in order to maximize return visits. Assists in various
promotional activities of the Marketing Department, as requested. Assists in planning and preparation for
marketing events. Investigates and resolves customer problems. Ensures compliance with all
regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Authorized to
extend complimentary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
High school diploma or
equivalent. Two years minimum experience
in related field of business. Must qualify for and
maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
