Job Title: Behavioral Health Sales Representative
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Youngstown, OH

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to join our behavioral health agency team. This position is responsible for building referral relationships, promoting our mental health and substance use treatment services, and helping connect individuals and organizations with the care they need.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, social workers, and community organizations
• Promote agency behavioral health services to potential partners and clients
• Conduct outreach visits, calls, and presentations to referral sources
• Track leads, referrals, and follow-up activity
• Work closely with clinical and admissions teams to support client intake needs
• Represent the agency professionally in the community
• Identify growth opportunities and new partnerships
• Meet outreach and business development goals

Qualifications:

• Sales, marketing, outreach, or business development experience preferred
• Healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Basic computer skills
