The Director of
Human Resources provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the
organizations. This position is responsible for setting, enforcing, and
evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best
practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent
JOB DUTIES: To perform this job successfully, an
individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily, which includes:
for the strategic long-term planning and overall development of the Human
Resources department to support the growth, goals, and culture of the Company.
interviews, hires, and trains HR staff.
the daily workflow of the department.
for developing and overseeing all domestic and international recruiting
