The Operations Coordinator is responsible for
supporting the day to day functions of operations for InnovateHR. The
ideal candidate for this position will have a background in human resources and
knowledge of healthcare benefits. A passion for problem solving, research, and
managing monthly deadlines are a must. This role is responsible for interfacing
with clients, partners, and vendors on a daily basis- strong communication and
interpersonal skills are required.
& ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
with new client implementations and existing client renewals
in supporting HR Coordinators with operational & benefit questions and/or resolving issues
monthly Benefit Reconciliation Process- research discrepancy reports, work with
partners/vendors/etc., to identify issues and take corrective action to rectify
monthly audit reports as requested and send to appropriate parties
ACA Variable Hour Reporting & Annual ACA Reporting process
clients with 5500 Report Requests and any other report requests as needed
