The Medication Aide, QMA - Nursing Home will be responsible for:

• Administering medication to patients as prescribed by the physician
• Monitoring patients for any adverse reactions to medication
• Documenting medication administration and any changes in patient condition
• Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing emotional support to patients and their families
• Assisting with behavioral care for patients with dementia or other behavioral disorders
• Assisting with insulin administration for diabetic patients
• Communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care
• Ensuring that all medication and medical supplies are properly stored and secured
• Following all state and federal regulations regarding medication administration
