where applicable and support all networked computers and servers, associated
operating systems and service applications (gaming and nongaming.) Responsible
for ensuring the stability and integrity of all in-house computer and server
hardware, software, IP voice, data, video, wired and wireless network services,
including Local Area Network (LAN) services, connectivity; to include low
voltage services, and acts as liaison with IT Operations Center systems and
network engineers to provide exceptional customer service.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:

- Provide advanced support to first and second level Field

- Provide installation, upgrade, performance monitoring,
preventive maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware,
software, and communication links within property data centers and
communications closets or where Information Technology assets are contained
in a training or production environment
advanced support for Company’s Marketing Media Content Delivery Systems
- Perform inventory of Company assets and documents stock
levels for department visibility
and maintain computer and user accounts for necessary and appropriate
access to various software and network applications in accordance with
Company policies and procedures
installations with various departments and provides status updates to
property teams and management
Smart Device activation and deactivation, programming and enrollment into
Company’s Mobile Device Management System and provide initial and advanced
duties, as required
have Five (5) years of experience in an IT Support position, preferred, OR
a combination of Network or Systems Engineering experience AND any
combination of the following:
(5) years of applied experience with current Microsoft Windows Operating
(5) year of experience working on large-scale infrastructure, enterprise
desktop, and server-related projects preferred.
have advanced server and computer networking and client-server experience
in a resort hotel casino environment preferred
be proficient with managing Active Directory Objects for Users and
have a high level of technical knowledge relative to the installation and
connectivity of computer and printer systems, including the configuration,
maintenance and support of new and existing solutions.
experience with Cisco Ethernet Switches suite of products preferred.
have strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
be knowledgeable in advanced computer, multi-function-printer operation
and related support and troubleshooting techniques
be able to type quickly and accurately, preferably at least 50 wpm.
