MPAY is searching for highly motivated sales professionals to add to our inside sales team. Our software engineers have built a leading, cloud based, payroll, time and attendance and benefit software systems for the small and medium sized employer markets. Our inside sales team engages employers, nationwide, in conversations and presentations which show how our software as a service offering may improve their competitive edge in attracting and retaining employees through excellent benefit packages, while reducing their administrative and regulatory burdens through the application of technology. We have excellent entry level opportunities for those starting a sales career as well as more senior positions for those with industry experience as implementation specialists or inside sales representatives. MPAY and it's affiliated companies have opportunities for individuals licensed inproperty & casualty, life and health, and security sales.

The candidate must be able to:
Effectively communicate the MPAY value proposition to prospective clients (via an inside sales role) in a professional and competent manner.
Sell with confidence, communicate with clarity and operate with integrity.
Must be a team player who can work with the current team and Director of Sales to constantly improve the inside sales approach, process and sales tools.
Work with MPAY’s marketing teams (internal and external) to continuously improve the web presence and related collateral materials.
Effectively record and track data in the Salesforce.com CRM.
All other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor or company leadership.
College graduate or equivalent experience– Business, Marketing or Communications preferred.
Strong detail orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Exceptional organizational skill.
Ability to effectively demonstrate and implement processes utilizing web tools (Webex, GoToMeeting)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – must be able to fully understand the product / process and be able to effectively communicate with the customer(s), coworkers and management team.
Ability to perform as a team player as this role will involves team sales presentation in more complex scenarios.
Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills.
