Busser Responsibilities:

·       Work with restaurant staff to create a positive dining experience for guests.
·       Clean tables and remove dishes after the party leaves- ensuring proper sanitation is taking place
·       Check floors after table is cleared for napkins, silverware, crumbs etc. Sweep as needed
·       Carry loads of soiled dishes to the dish area to be cleaned.
·       Alert servers and managers when tables are in need of attention.
·       Ensure availability of clean dishes, flatware, glasses, straws, napkins, and other dining materials.
·       Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant including floors, restrooms, and parking lot
·       Assist the bartenders with any boxes that need to be broken down, trash, ice, and glassware
·       Assist in racking/polishing/rolling silverware when needed
·       Restroom checks- ensure the restrooms are clean and fully stocked every 15 minutes
