Account Executive, Worker's Compensation

Kelly & Associates Insurance Group in Sparks, MD is seeking an ambitious and driven individual to enhance and grow our Worker Compensation division. Successful candidates will show a drive, discipline and commitment to growing a high-volume book of business.

Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying and developing new business, with an emphasis on Pay-As-You-Go Workers’ Compensation insurance products and services. You will also be responsible for preparing and communicating quotes, renewals and industry expertise. You must also have the ability to develop and leverage relationships with client, vendors and agencies, while meeting customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Minimum hours are Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.  

Requirements –

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Property & Casualty licensed required
  • At least five years of direct sales experience required
  • Strong computer/system experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of Workers Compensation insurance
