Server/Cashier

Introduction:

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier/Server to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers. The Cashier/Server will be responsible for taking orders, processing transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and providing a high level of customer service as well as running food to guests. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments accurately

• Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and assisting customers with their purchases

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

• Other duties as assigned (lift items over 25 lbs occasionally)

Qualifications:

• Some experience as a cashier/server or in a customer service role but will train

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math skills
