As a Wireless Retail Team Lead, you assist in leading a team of experts, first points of contact delivering solutions to our customers. Whether describing product information, assisting with phone issues or selling the latest device to an eager customer; your team connects people to the products and services that fit their lifestyle.  Team leads play an integral part hand in hand, with the store manager, to ensure the store’s operations and sales goals are a success each month.


Wireless Retail Team Lead Responsibilities :

  • Greet and build rapport with customers entering the store
  • Ensure customer concerns are fully resolved with urgency and good judgement
  • Work together with Store Manager to complete all duties necessary in the running of the retail store
  • Assist in managing daily sales operations to deliver an outstanding retail experience that improves customer loyalty
  • Achieve or exceed sales/service goals
  • Monitor and control all operational reporting (daily audit reports, inventory control, reverse logistics)
  • Perform planogram updates and audits daily ensuring compliance
  • Remain knowledgeable about our products, services, promotions and policies
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching initiatives
  • Own all reverse logistics (Giveback/Buyback/14day BRE and Accessory) process and procedures
  • Assist store manager with store opening/closing procedures as required inclusive of time punches of employees

Wireless Retail Team Lead Basic Qualifications:

  • Outgoing and friendly with a desire to listen to and help our customers
  • Associate degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years retail/customer service management or related experience
  • Previous commissioned sales experience
  • Ability to lead, communicate and inspire a team of people
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bi/multilingual is a plus
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
