 SUMMARY:   Conduct Multidisciplinary Assessment’s for children and adolescents presenting to the Crisis Assessment Center and make clinical recommendation for appropriate level of care. Provide for the support of the coordinating team conducting interviews on incoming patient or representative and entering information required for admission into the electronic health record.
