Hospitality Server

Hospitality Servers provide service to our luxury suite customers, many of whom are important industry and community partners. Servers must exhibit an outgoing personality and high-level customer service skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing the suite with food and beverage for the event.
• Monitoring food levels in trays.
• Communicate with full-time staff when the situation calls for it.
• Communicate with guests and ensure that their experience is positive.
• Maintaining suite cleanliness.
• Providing a positive experience for all members of the group.

Hospitality Servers are hired on a part-time, seasonal basis for the Madison Mallards & Mallards Softball season. A typical season runs from mid-May to mid-August. Scheduled hours are during the mid-afternoon/evenings and can include both weekdays and weekends. The minimum age to work as a Hospitality Server is 18 years. Candidates will be employed by the Madison Mallards food and beverage company, Mendota Hospitality.

Hospitality Servers are eligible to receive tips.
