HVAC Concepts, a leading Building Automation and Controls company, is looking for a Centralized Billing Coordinator to join our team in Frederick, MD!
This position will generate invoices based on work performed, contract terms, and client requirements. Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, attentive to detail, and a team player.
A typical day may include:
- Ensuring customers are invoiced correctly for services offered.
- Investigating billing errors, resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborating with Operations Managers to analyze pending bills and resolve issues.
- Assisting client in the review of invoices.
- Assisting in account receivables collections.
- General office duties: filing, incoming and outgoing mail.
If you have:
- 2+ years in an accounting environment
- Previous experience in the construction or mechanical services industry
- High School Diploma or equivalent, advanced degree preferred.
- Previous Microsoft Dynamics GP experience a plus
