AZ Driver
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced AZ Truck Driver to join our Bolton team. This role involves the safe transportation and delivery of lumber and building supplies. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and experienced with heavy trucks and material-handling equipment such as a Forklift or Moffett.
Key Responsibilities- Operate AZ DZ and G-licensed vehicles
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload trusses and building materials
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and complete driver logs as required
- Operate material-handling equipment at delivery sites
- Maintain compliance with the Highway Traffic Act and company safety policies
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers
- Keep trucks and equipment clean and in good working condition
- Assist in yard between loads as required
- Drive for our other locations Georgetown, Barrie or Truss Plant as assigned.
- Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years of AZ-level heavy truck experience (insurance requirement)
- Moffett or Forklift experience required
- Strong understanding of load securement and safe driving practices
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 80 lbs and working in all weather conditions
- Moffett (truck-mounted) experience or certification
- Experience with flatbed and roll-off equipment
- Construction or building materials delivery background
