  • Lead line team in the evenings and support in management of dinner service including all line cooking stations, and exposition 
  • Ensure consistently perfect quality of food and bill times 
  • Control kitchen inventory and labor cost systems 
  • Create positive and long-lasting relationships with partners and guests 
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment 
  • Support Chef and Day Sous Chef with scheduling, hiring, and training partners 


  • Personal alignment with Virtuous Pie’s vision, values and team culture 
  • 2+ years in a kitchen role or cumulative experience in the restaurant industry 
  • 1+ years in a leadership role 
  • Experience and familiarity with plant-based ingredients 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and inter-functional team environment 
  • High standard of professionalism and attention to detail
