Responsible for quality
assurance of all administrative aspects of loans and leases from the time the loans
or leases are boarded into Bank’s servicing system until they are paid off.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Quality Control Review of all loans booked into the
Bank’s servicing system for accuracy.
Review includes but is not limited to verifying codes, dollar amounts,
dates, terms and collateral information.
Quality Control of all file maintenance using system
reports to verify accuracy and approval of information.
Responsible for maintaining Booking Log for the
department, tracking loans received for booking, verifying contents of Red Bags
to inventory log and distribute to Loan Ops personnel.
Responsible for ordering supplies for the department.
Process requested account confirmations and/or payoff
Assist Servicing Specialist II with escheatment
Process online loan applications through nCino
Interact with lenders and their assistants to provide
exceptions customer service.
Responsible for updating procedures of job duties as it
pertains to related position.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
Knowledge of consumer and commercial
lending, real estate, loan documentation, lien documentation, as well as state
and federal compliance and lending regulations
Excellent written and verbal
Ability to work independently,
efficiently and innovatively as part of a team
Must work well under pressure, meeting
multiple and conflicting deadlines
Computer skills, including proficiency
in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office
Minimum 1-year experience in a commercial bank or other financial institution
