Sewing Machine Operator- FreeThink

Seeking individual with Seamstress experience on industrial sewing machines and with clothing manufacturing. This full-time position has a flexible schedule and freedom to organize your own duties. Our local company serves a national clientele by manufacturing promotional apparel such as surgical scrub wear, boxer and pajama pants, X-mas stockings and similar custom items. Our facility in Downtown Bloomington has industrial grade sewing machines for straight stitch, serging, coverstitch, etc.. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of garment manufacture and you will be working as part of a larger production team, but able to set your own schedule.  While industrial sewing skill is preferred, training is available for motivated candidates. Salary is based on experience and performance and is likely $14-20/hr. You would  be eligible for benefits including PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, 401k, access to a low-cost clinic, and discounts at partner businesses (60 day waiting period for full benefits).
