The successful candidate must be able to work well in a fast paced environment






  • Serve as the Receptionist for walk-in customers.  Greet customers, immediately, with a warm friendly smile.  Provide brochures, as requested. 

  • Distribute emails from Leisure Fax

  • Handle additional support responsibilities such as, but not limited to: sending payment reminders, handling birthday cards for our clients, sending preliminary documents, assisting management with one-off tasks, covering phones for other divisions when needed, distributing online leads, sending out brochures, etc.






  • Excellent inter-personal, presentation and communication skills

  • Good organizational and multi-task time management skills

  • Strong team-working skills

  • Good understanding of office systems (including computers and relevant software)

  • Ability and willingness to work flexibly, under pressure and to meet deadlines

  • Polite, upbeat, courteous and professional telephone manner

  • Accurate typing skills

  • Verified experience of working in a customer-focused role

  • Ability to handle multiple lines simultaneously.
