Partnership Activation Specialist

We’re hiring a Partnership Activation Specialist here at ArtsQuest that will assist with major partnerships like Coca-Cola, Martin Guitar, PlayStation, and more to continue to make events and festivals possible!

What you’ll do

Provide robust administrative support to activate and fulfill partnerships and major accounts in support of ArtsQuest including brands like Yuengling, Wind Creek Casino, Coca Cola, Martin Guitar, PlayStation, Capital Blue Cross, Wells Fargo, PNC Bank and more than 250 additional partners. Your areas of oversite and impact will be:

• Work with Marketing and Operations on signage acknowledging partner(s)
• Promotions and onsite experiential activations, sponsorship check-ins at events and festivals on weekdays and potential evenings and weekend dates
• Contests and sweepstakes for one-of-a-kind prizes and experiences
• Brand inclusion in marketing efforts including social media and email campaigns integrated into festival and event marketing efforts and contests
• Oversite and onsite support for sponsors making sure all contractual benefits are delivered successfully
• Create, update, and maintain electronic media, sponsorship, and in-kind contractual agreements
• Assist the marketing team in preparing Marketing, Sponsorship and Development presentations, packets, etc. 
• Assist Marketing and sponsorship teams with partnership recaps, ROI reports

What you need to thrive in this role

• Outgoing, approachable, and dynamic relationship builder
• Ability to interact with a wide variety of people, including sponsors, staff, volunteers, and patrons, on the phone, in person and by e-mail communications
• Business Administration, Marketing, Communications degree, or equivalent work experience desired
• At least 1 year of experience in a marketing, sales, or development assistant role or relevant administrative or work-related experience preferred
• The ability to work a non-traditional work schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Social media, e-mail marketing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Word, Excel (use of pivot tables, multi-channel, charts, v-lookups, etc.), Power Point, Outlook, and Publisher required; proficiency with Raiser’s Edge or another similar Sponsor/Donor software a plus
• Detail oriented; demonstrated ability to work in a team environment; ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and reliable transportation to move from building to building as needed as well as the ability to attend meetings offsite locally and regionally as necessary
• A passion or appreciation for the arts, music and cultural programs and events strongly preferred
• Experience working in a non-profit environment desired but not required
