Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. 4-6 months experience and/or training, 1 year with special populations. First Aid, CPR, SAMA, Current WSI and/or Lifeguarding Certificate. Seasonal Position.
Provide for the safety and welfare of bather's health and reinforce pool regulations.
Monitor activities in swimming areas to prevent accidents and provide assistance to swimmers.
Maintain physical area of the pool and bathhouse, if appropriate.
Store, inventory, set up, and maintain pool equipment and supplies.
Set well-defined limits, expectations, and monitor all behaviors to ensure a safe environment.
