WHO YOU ARE:
Are you a creative individual with a passion for creating delicious food? As a Cook, you will help create lasting positive memories by crafting delicious meals for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking food based on orders from our guests.
We are looking for someone who is able to contribute and improve our processes, while working well with the Front of House staff. Someone who can work with others or alone. We have a full service open kitchen concept with a service that can easily be managed by one person and will never put you in the weeds. This role reports to the kitchen supervisor.
Preparing a variety of food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, etc.
Understanding and complying with recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods and kitchen
policies and procedures.
Ensuring that all equipment and kitchen area is kept clean and in excellent working
Providing exemplary guest service by demonstrating a personal commitment to making sure every guest is satisfied.
Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the RMC culture.
Part-Time positions available, with the option of extra shifts and cross training!
Breakfast Shifts 5am-12pm
Dinner Shifts 4pm to 10pm
NECESSARY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in kitchen operations and food preparation is preferred
Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work within a team-based environment
Ability to perform and manage multiple tasks
Planning and organizational skills
Technical Skills preferred - Microsoft Word/ Excel/Outlook/ SharePoint and Hotel Brand Systems
