JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for greeting all visitors, residents, and vendors to the community. Responsible for all the calls, faxes, monitor systems, and any additional clerical duties assigned by the executive team. 

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Must be a team player.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional approach with coworkers and residents
• Possess organizational skills
• Possess excellent customer service and public relations skills
• Experience in computer use and relevant software applications are preferred

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Arranges coverage of reception desk during break and lunch periods
• Greets all visitors and politely assists them as necessary
• Maintains a clean workspace, community entrance, and the lobby.
• Help organize guest meal coupons and record coupons and/or payment from visitors. 
• Promptly answers the telephone, directing incoming communications to

         the appropriate team member.

• Answer emergency calls as needed.
• Record maintenance request by residents and staff 
• Assist in serving resident meals as needed
• Participate and/or assist with activities as needed
